A really good sauce for seafood, steaks, or just plain dipping your bread into.
Ingredients:
- Butter
- Miso Paste
- Soy Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Dijon Mustard
- Garlic Paste
Directions:
- Clarify one stick of butter. Melt the butter on low heat. Don’t let the butter burn. Skim the white stuff that floats to surface off.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of miso paste, 1/2 tsp dijon mustard and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients until it is smooth,
- Pour the butter into the mixture, and stir it until all the ingredients are blended.
- You are done.
Note:
Sometimes i will make extra by doubling the amounts. it lasts in the fridge for quite awhile.
