{"id":7368,"date":"2024-11-15T19:46:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T19:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/erockart.com\/?p=7368"},"modified":"2024-11-15T19:46:01","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T19:46:01","slug":"miso-garlic-butter-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/erockart.com\/?p=7368","title":{"rendered":"Miso Garlic Butter Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A really good sauce for seafood, steaks, or just plain dipping your bread into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miso Paste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soy Sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olive Oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dijon Mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garlic Paste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clarify one stick of butter. Melt the butter on low heat. Don&#8217;t let the butter burn. Skim the white stuff that floats to surface off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a small mixing bowl, add the juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of miso paste, 1\/2 tsp dijon mustard and 2 tbsp of olive oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the ingredients until it is smooth, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the butter into the mixture, and stir it until all the ingredients are blended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes i will make extra by doubling the amounts. it lasts in the fridge for quite awhile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A really good sauce for seafood, steaks, or just plain dipping your bread into.
