This ceviche salad is very refreshing and pretty easy to make. Total time is usually about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fish approximately 2oz per person. You can use any white flesh fish such as snapper, cobia, wahoo, hogfish&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bell peppers various colors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh squeezed lime juice 4oz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt 1\/2 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar 1\/2 teaspoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cilantro 2 teaspoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cherry Tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cucumber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mix together: lime juice, salt, sugar and cilantro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice your fish into approximately 1\/8 inch thick pieces. It&#8217;s best to slice the fish at an angle from the tail forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/cut-fish-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6462\" srcset=\"https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/cut-fish-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/cut-fish-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/cut-fish-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/cut-fish-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the cut fish into a glass bowl with the lime juice mixture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cover and put in the fridge for approx. 30 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place your onions and peppers onto a baking sheet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spray the vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the vegetables into the oven and roast under the broiler until they are slightly charred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/roasted-veg-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6463\" srcset=\"https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/roasted-veg-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/roasted-veg-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/roasted-veg-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/roasted-veg-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>let the vegetables cool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the onions and peppers have cooled, slice them into bite sized pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slice the cucumber and tomatoes into bite sized pieces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 30 minutes, check your fish if. it changed from translucent to an opaque white. it is done.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash and rinse the spinach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the spinach on a plate, place the onions, peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes on the plate in an artistic manor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spoon a little of the lime juice onto the vegetables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the fish onto the salad in an artistic manor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve ,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-thumbnail\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/finished-plate-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6464\" srcset=\"https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/finished-plate-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/finished-plate-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/finished-plate-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/erockart.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/finished-plate-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This recipe is my take on Peruvian ceviche.
